  Our pediatric staff utilizes EKG as a non-invasive outpatient test to interpret and diagnose heart rhythm such as tachycardia (rapid heart rate), bradycardia (slow heart rate), and other potential heart rhythm abnormalities.

• MRI (Magnetic resonance imaging)

  An MRI is a test that uses powerful magnets, radio waves, and a computer to produce detailed images of the internal makeup of the body. MRIs help our pediatric staff to diagnose a disease or injury and it can also help monitor how well a child is doing with treatment. It is especially useful for detecting activity within soft tissues and the nervous system.

• Audiogram

  Hearing tests such as the audiogram help to diagnose any hearing loss or diseases in your child’s ear.
