Our goal at Pediatrics on Demand is to keep our patients healthy and safe during a time where social distancing is essential. In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, our clinic is now offering telemedicine services to ensure that our patients continue to get the healthcare they need.
What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine is essentially a doctor’s visit done from a distance using modern technology. All you need is a mobile device or computer and we will be able to set up an appointment for your child to be seen by one of our providers digitally.
We have taken telemedicine a step further to ensure that your child receives an even more precise medical exam. Pediatrics on Demand is now offering drive-thru telemedicine services at the clinic.

How Drive-Thru Telemedicine Works
Once you pull into one of the drive-thru lanes at Pediatrics on Demand, you will connect to your telemedicine appointment and speak to a provider. A physical exam device will be delivered to your car from the clinic. The device will provide you with instructions to follow so that you can perform the physical exam on your child. The device will gather the information it needs for the doctor. Once completed, the device will be sent back to the clinic and the exam findings will be reviewed by your child’s doctor immediately. After reviewing the information gathered, the doctor will be able to diagnose, treat, and/or manage your child’s condition. All of this will be done from the comfort of your own car!
